Brian Wills is a born and raised Annapolitan. Attending St. Mary’s Elementary school in downtown Annapolis, later Loyola Blakefield, and then Towson University; Brian has been living and working in Maryland for over 20 years. This personal and professional history has garnered him a detailed local knowledge of all the surrounding neighborhoods and communities and their associated rivers and waterways throughout Maryland.
Brian brings a unique mixture of creativity, financial literacy, and resourcefulness to the real estate industry. His past experiences working in the trades and renovating his own investment properties afford him and his clients a high level of due diligence when investigating and analyzing a properties’ physical condition.
